Sweet Szechuan Salmon

I love this dish, it's light and sweet and I serve it with brown rice and my szechuan asparagus. Eat Up!

1lb. of Salmon filet
1 cup of Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon of Ginger
1 teaspoon of Powered or Jarred Mustard
1/3 cup of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon of Olive Oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a medium bowl add soy sauce, ginger, mustard, brown sugar and red flakes. Wisk together and set aside. Place salmon in a medium size baking dish, lightly drizzle olive oil over top of fish, then pour soy sauce mixture over fish and bake for 30-40 minutes.
